Barrow Hospital
Woodside building.
I was told about the abandoned Barrow Hospital site by a photographer that wanted to do a shoot there. Unfortunately most of the buildings have been demolished but a couple still stand because of Bats that have made it their home. But again the building are being prepped for demolition as soon as the bats take up home in some new specially built Bat homes just off the main site.
The building felt pretty eerie even though it was only the psychology/Nurses accommodation but it didn’t help that the wind kept making everything move and as I had seen security walking around I really didn’t fancy getting busted and having to leg it.
